REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree – Slovak Faculty of Law;
- While we prefer candidates who have previous experience, we will also consider fresh law degree graduates;
- Experience on the fields of Banking, Finance, Real Estate, M&A, Digital is advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (including professional terminology and ability to draft the legal documents in English);
- Good PC skills.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE:
- Analysing legal – client issues focused on commercial law, labour law, financial law, civil law, corporate law;
- Preparation of legal statements;
- Technical research and analyses;
- Commenting on and assessing legal documents;
- Contractual agenda;
- Due diligence;
- Preparation of submissions to court, dispute agenda;
- Contact with state authorities and courts;
- Cooperation with tax consultants and colleagues from other service lines;
- Ability to undertake responsibility for entrusted tasks.
