Junior Legal Associate

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree – Slovak Faculty of Law;
• While we prefer candidates who have previous experience, we will also consider fresh law degree graduates;
• Experience on the fields of Banking, Finance, Real Estate, M&A, Digital is advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (including professional terminology and ability to draft the legal documents in English);
• Good PC skills.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

• Analysing legal – client issues focused on commercial law, labour law, financial law, civil law, corporate law;
• Preparation of legal statements;
• Technical research and analyses;
• Commenting on and assessing legal documents;
• Contractual agenda;
• Due diligence;
• Preparation of submissions to court, dispute agenda;
• Contact with state authorities and courts;
• Cooperation with tax consultants and colleagues from other service lines;
• Ability to undertake responsibility for entrusted tasks.
